Job Description:
Generate Sales Leads and Acquire Customers
Design and co-implement marketing campaign (online, offline, advertising, events) that is audience specific (overall and each product specific)
Implement and manage lead magnets like social media.
Set up land maintain lead funnel (booking form, landing pages).
Analyze current trends in consumer demand, especially retails and response from audience and feedback to marketing campaign/ product design.
Digital and Social Media Management
Maintain presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (for training), YouTube- Use SEO and content marketing to attract organic traffic.
Build and engage with online community(ies)
Monitor and respond to inquiries from digital channels
Brand and Content Strategy
Maintain consistent branding
Develop content for products on sales
Sales enablement
Develop material that supports sales activities (both online and offline)
Support preparation of pitching decks, display material for events
Event and Campaign Management
Strategise for campaigns and events (especially for collaboration with external parties)
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably in tourism, hospitality, or education)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Able to copywrite and content write.
Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, CRM, email marketing platforms Experience with digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a bonus
Familiarity with digital community building and community engagements
Proficiency in basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) and Powerpoint
Able to project manage campaigns
Able to multitask and manage timelines with limited supervision
Passion for travel, education, and customer experience
